How Company Culture Affects Product Success

I recently gave a talk with Product School about how company culture affects product direction and success. It is now uploaded on YouTube so sharing it here.

I discuss what culture is, how different types of product require different cultures, how to trace “product symptoms” back to culture root causes, and how to build/change culture.

I think culture is the missing link between product development and product success. I think this talk will be useful for product leaders (not necessarily people managers) looking to understand and build the best culture for their product.
